This is me

I am a passionate Spanish teacher with three years of experience.

Learning and teaching have always been fascinating processes for me. I am constantly trying to learn new things, both in my personal and professional life.

Understanding the learning style of each of my students is one of the pillars of my pedagogical approach, since each person is different and needs a different approach. Based on my observation, I try to propose, innovate and reinforce the contents and activities in my classes. Hence, my classes are always dynamic, fun and useful.

The other pillar of my teaching style is my ability to listen. Not just to be a better teacher, but also to connect. My theory: We learn best if we establish meaningful, interpersonal relationships, especially in a personalized educational environment. That’s why my classes are generally interesting and fun.

I love sharing my culture and history, and I love learning about yours. When we exchange our experiences and points of view, we broaden our horizon, and it helps us build bridges that facilitate the learning process.

Finally, I believe that learning Spanish, like any language, is not a linear process. There will be moments of great progress and others in which we have to revisit the topics we have already studied. Learning a language takes time and effort, but with a modicum of help and perseverance we will eventually get there. It is my goal as a teacher to guide and encourage you on that winding road, to keep you on it until you master the Spanish skills that you aim for.
